Structural Documentation is developed using 3D Revit, 2D AutoCAD or 2D Bluebeam sketches depending on the project requirement.

At completion of the Tender, Building Approval (BA) and/or For Construction (IFC) Issue, Logic Structures provide Form 15 RPEQ Certification to suit the local authority.

Construction Services

Logic Structures are responsive and proactive during the construction phase. We are fully aware of the impact a quick turnaround can have on successful delivery of a project during the construction phase. We always aim to:

Be responsive and offer practical site support to facilitate project completion
Undertake site inspections to confirm construction meets the design intent
Provide resolution to site RFI’s & site queries
Review Shop drawings and address shop detailer RFIs quickly and concisely

At completion of the build, Logic Structures provide Form 12 RPEQ Certification to suit the local authority.
